Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Because Texas Gold Tallow products are used on skin and in food preparation, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. This policy applies to all balms, fluffs, and cooking fats regardless of whether the item has been opened or unopened.
We take great care in crafting every small-batch product with the highest quality grass-finished beef tallow, and we stand behind what we make. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly so we can make it right.
Damaged or Defective Products-
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us info@texasgoldtallow.com immediately with a photo of the item and packaging.
Exchanges-
We offer exchanges on orders requested within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to exchange your item, please email us as soon as possible. If there is a price difference between the items, the balance will be due before the exchange is processed.
