We hand render every batch using a mix of both wet and dry rendering methods to draw out the cleanest, most nutrient rich tallow possible.

Grass Fed:
Cattle labeled “grass fed” may start their lives on pasture but are often finished on grain, which can limit the natural nutrients that make tallow so powerful.

Organic:
“Organic” means the feed is certified organic, but it can still include grains or additives. While better than conventional feed, it doesn’t guarantee the rich nutrition that comes from a fully grass based diet.

100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished:
This is where Texas Gold Tallow stands apart. Our cattle roam freely on open pastures from start to finish, eating only grass and natural forage. This results in tallow that’s naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, and filled with skin loving CLA (conjugated linoleic acid, a natural fatty acid that supports healing and calms inflammation).
