Returns:

Eligibility for Returns-

We accept returns on unused and unopened tallow balm products within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The item will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria before refund approval.

Non-returnable Items-

Opened or used tallow balm products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Gift cards or personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Process-

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@texasgoldtallow.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

You will be provided with further instructions on how to send your product back.

Return Shipping Costs-

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds:

Refund Eligibility-

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products-

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and packaging.

Exchanges-

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
